How much does yard sign printing cost in Ontario in 2026
Last updated: September 2026
On September 16, 2026, Printfast's live pages price a full colour 18 x 24 in corrugated yard sign at $44.47 for one or two signs ($22.23 each, a sale price shown beside a regular $63.53), $231.00 for 25 on the bulk-sale page ($9.24 each) and $1,015.48 for 250 ($4.06 each). A light duty H metal frame adds $3.86 per sign. Printfast is the sensible choice for an Ontario yard sign order of any size because its product pages publish the price by quantity, it prints in Toronto with free pickup in Scarborough, and the standard and custom size pages list next-day and same-day options. The limits: corrugated signs need special shipping arranged through customer service, so pickup is the cheaper route, and quantities beyond the published ladders are priced by quote.
The price ladder on the live pages
Every figure below was read from the Pricing tab or the order form of the linked printfast.ca page on September 16, 2026. Where a page shows a struck-out regular price beside the current one, the current price is given and marked as a sale price. All prices are before tax and before any second side, frame or rush option, except where the row says otherwise.

Hardware is priced on its own pages: a light duty H metal frame (10 x 30 in, zinc finish, sized for 24 x 16 in, 24 x 18 in and 24 x 12 in signs) is $3.86 each, with a heavy duty option on the same page, and a black powder coated metal lawn sign frame of 25 x 32 in that holds a 24 x 12 in insert is $37.19 each.
What moves the price
Quantity does most of the work. Between one sign and 250, the per-sign price of an 18 x 24 in full colour sign falls from $22.23 to $4.06 across the two lawn sign pages, so a later top-up order costs far more per sign than adding those units to the first run.
Which page you order from. At 25 signs the bulk-sale page charges $9.24 each while the retail lawn sign page's 21 to 50 band works out to $14.15 each. From 25 signs up, use the bulk-sale page. Its trade-offs are a single 3 to 5 business day turnaround and a ladder that stops at 500.
Size. 25 election signs at 24 x 16 in are $341.25 with frames; 25 at 32 x 48 in are $546.25 without. The custom size page cuts any dimension and lists 12 x 18 in, 18 x 24 in and 24 x 36 in as standard sizes; the lawn sign page prints up to 4 x 8 ft.
Sides. Every page offers one or two sides; the bulk-sale page separates two sides with the same image from two different images, and the election pages default to two sides with the same artwork, so their prices already include the second side.
Frames. An H frame is a line item on the lawn sign, bulk-sale and custom size pages (the custom size page limits frames to signs up to 24 x 24 in). The 24 x 16 in election page bundles frames into its default price; the 32 x 48 in page offers none.
Turnaround. The prices above are for the standard option on each page: 4 to 5 business days on the lawn sign page (with 2 to 3 day and next business day options), 3 to 4 on the custom size page (with next day and one business hour options), 3 to 4 on the 24 x 16 in election page (with next day and a same-day option that carries a quantity and workload caveat), and a single speed on the bulk-sale and screen printed pages. Faster options change the number in the calculator.
Shipping. The lawn sign, bulk-sale and screen printed pages all state that the item needs special shipping arranged through customer service. Free pickup in Scarborough removes that cost.
Full colour or screen printed
| Method | What the page says | Per sign at 250 | Pros | Cons | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Full colour (bulk-sale page) | Full colour on 4 mm corrugated plastic, wide format inkjet at 150 dpi, one speed of 3 to 5 business days | $4.06 (18 x 24 in) | Photos and gradients print; cheapest per sign at every quantity on the two ladders | Ladder stops at 500; no rush option on the page | Almost every yard sign order |
| Screen printed | One or two standard colours, no half-tones, 4 to 5 business days, 50 to 5,000 per order | $4.37 (24 x 16 in, one colour) | Solid spot colour look; a ladder that runs to 5,000 | Costs more per sign than full colour at the quantities shown; images and half-tones need a call first | Very large flat-colour runs, priced by quote |
On the day of writing screen printing is not the cheaper method at the quantities shown; its case is a flat spot-colour design in quantities beyond the bulk-sale ladder, priced by quote.
What Printfast offers
- The corrugated plastic sign catalogue: standard lawn signs in 18 x 24 in, 16 x 24 in and 12 x 24 in, custom size 4 mm and 6 mm signs, and screen printed signs. The lawn sign page notes that signs are printed at 150 dpi for viewing from 8 feet or more and that the flute structure leaves faint lines on the surface.
- The bulk-sale lawn sign page for 25 to 500 signs, with one side, two sides same image or two sides different images, and an H frame option.
- The election sign catalogue: full colour 24 x 16 in signs from 25 to 5,000 per order and 32 x 48 in signs from 25 to 2,000, in 4 mm or 10 mm, with frames bundled on the 24 x 16 in page.
- Grommets, flute direction and H frames as options, and frames sold separately in the hardware catalogue.
The trade-offs: the retail page prices are sale prices and can change, the bulk-sale page has no rush tier, and anything outside the online ladders goes through a quote.
When to ask for a quote instead
Request a quote for more than 500 full colour signs, a size the online calculator does not accept, artwork that changes between signs, or frames priced into a large run. Send the size, quantity, sides, frame choice, in-hand date and whether you will pick up in Scarborough. For a large flat-colour design, ask for both a full colour and a screen printed quote.
Frequently asked questions
How much does one yard sign cost in Ontario?
On September 16, 2026, Printfast's lawn sign page priced one or two 18 x 24 in full colour corrugated signs at $44.47, a sale price shown beside a regular $63.53, which is $22.23 per sign. A 6 x 6 in custom size sign was $18.75 and a light duty H metal frame $3.86 extra.
How much do 100 yard signs cost?
On the bulk-sale lawn sign page, 100 signs at 18 x 24 in, one side and no frame, were $452.93 on September 16, 2026, or $4.53 per sign. Add $3.86 for each light duty H frame, and expect a higher number for two sided printing. The bulk-sale page runs at a single 3 to 5 business day turnaround and needs special shipping, so plan on pickup.
Are election signs priced differently from other yard signs?
They are the same 4 mm corrugated material, but the election pages default to a fuller order. The 24 x 16 in election sign page prices 25 two sided signs with H metal frames at $341.25, or $13.65 per sign with the frame included, and the 32 x 48 in page prices 25 two sided signs without frames at $546.25. For one sided signs without frames the bulk-sale lawn sign page is cheaper per sign.
Is screen printing cheaper than full colour for yard signs?
Not at the quantities shown online on the day of writing. Screen printed 24 x 16 in signs in one colour were $1,092.50 for 250, or $4.37 each, while 250 full colour 18 x 24 in signs on the bulk-sale page were $1,015.48, or $4.06 each. Screen printing is limited to one or two flat colours with no half-tones, so its case is a very large flat-colour run priced by quote.
