- Canada-Wide Shipping: We ship reliably and affordably to all locations across Canada.
- Same-Day Local GTA Shipping: Running late? No problem! We offer Same-Day Local Shipping within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for urgent orders. This service includes delivery directly to:
- Event venues & convention centers
- Hotels & hospitality suites
- Corporate offices & conference centers
- Free In-Store Pickup: For the fastest and most budget-friendly option, select Free In-Store Pickup. This service is available 6 days a week from our Toronto location conveniently located close to the 401 East highway. Please refer to our Pickup Hours online for current times.*
- Send Your Courier: You can arrange your own courier or Uber for pick up. Inform us ahead and share the necessary documents. If additional packaging and handling needed, there will be a charge. We also deliver the mailers to Canada Post sorting facilities.
Hassle-Free Defect Resolution & Return Policy
Because our products are highly customized for your specific needs, returns for refunds or exchanges based on color preference, typos (after proof approval), or design choices are not eligible. We highly encourage customers to carefully review all proofs before authorizing production.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturer's defect:
- Defective Item Resolution: We offer replacements or repairs for all items that are deemed defective due to manufacturing or material issues.*
- Report Within 2 Business Days: To initiate a claim for a defective item, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order.
- Steps to Report: To report a defect, please email our Customer Experience Team with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photographs of the defect
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will promptly assess your claim and, if approved, provide you with the necessary steps to return the item for a full replacement or repair.

Pick-up / Shipping
We use UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post and Canpar as our couriers. They offer next day delivery to most Ontario locations, excluding rural areas. For other provinces, please allow 2-4 days for shipping.
Shipping
You can choose in-store pick up. There is no additional charge for in-store pick up. If you need shipping Choose the type of shipping you like. We offer same day local shipping as well. Please contact our customer experience team before placing the order.
Rocket Rush Service
